Terms and Conditions

 

  • In case of cancellation by the customer less than 48 hours before the tour, no refund will be given.
  • You will receive a full refund if for adverse weather reasons the tour cannot be carried out on the agreed day and time.
  • You will receive a full refund of what you paid if Estepona Buggys decides to cancel your tour for company reasons, we will always try to notify you at least 12 hours in advance.
  • You will receive a partial refund corresponding to the missing time not enjoyed if a vehicle stops during the tour for mechanical reasons and cannot continue due to a mechanical failure.
  • You will not receive any refund, either total or partial, if the client decides to stop the tour at some point, since it is you who decides, you will lose the total payment made to Estepona Buggys.
  • You will not receive a refund if you cancel or decide to change your tour schedule, unless you do so at least 48 hours in advance, in writing to Estepona Buggys. info@esteponabuggys.com
  • A €30 deposit per buggy or Full payment must be paid to secure the booking.
  • The deposit of the tour is charged at time of booking.
  • You cannot drive the buggy’s under influence of drugs or alcohol. We reserve the right to cancel the tour without a refund if we suspect you have been using these substances.
  • The buggy driver must hold a valid car drivers’ licence.
  • We do not refund if a buggy breaks down during the tour due to reckless driving.
  • You will be given instructions on how to drive your buggy safely at the start of the tour, if you neglect our instructions and drive recklessly you will be warned 1 time, if we have to warn you for the second time, we will stop the tour and return to the depot. No refunds are given in this case.
  • Estepona Buggys does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or for any cancellations, we are not responsible for injuries or loss of valuables
  • If a buggy breaks down due to your reckless driving, you will be asked to pay for the damage caused before you leave.
